Seun Opabisi is a filmmaker, videographer and editor who likes to describe himself as a maker of things.

Seun has been the genius behind many ground breaking movies across the country following his debut short movie Rahman.

The movie genius described movie making in Nigeria as one of the toughest things that one can experience. However, he also acknowledges that the inspiration for his art comes from his love for Nigeria and its art community.

His expectation for the future of Nigeria’s movie industry is the creation of more spaces for artistes with quality production and widespread appreciation for the art of film-making in Nigeria.

The creative industry is a sector that encompasses expressions in art and film to fashion and architecture. It is one of the most rapidly growing sectors globally and social media has allowed creators widen the reach of their message. VS50 merits the achievements of futurists that have inspired us through street culture, film and art and pushed our imagination through design and creative content.
